The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device should be carefully checked before and after the use to see whether there is looseness and whether the lubricating oil is added adequately.

5, fineness adjustment, according to the size of the material, soft and hard, water content, specific gravity, processing of the fineness is also different, can adjust the mill side of the analyzer, high speed, high fineness, low speed, low fineness.Increase the fineness, the output will be reduced accordingly, if not up to the requirements should be adjusted fan speed, users can be flexible.

6. The scrap limit of the grinding ring of the grinding roller, the small wall thickness of the remaining grinding machine shall not be less than 10mm.
